5. Restocking Fee

Because our products require inspection and inventory verification before being returned to stock, approved returns are subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee.

The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

This fee helps offset costs associated with inspection, handling, quality verification, and inventory processing.


6. Original Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If expedited shipping was selected during checkout, the additional shipping cost will not be refunded.

13. Exchanges
