However, we do not guarantee that any information published on this website is free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

We reserve the right to:

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Submitting an order does not constitute acceptance of the order.

All orders are subject to review and acceptance.

Firestop Depot reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

  • Refuse transactions suspected of fraud, abuse, unauthorized resale, or unlawful activity.

If payment has already been processed for a canceled order, a full refund will be issued.


6. Payment

Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

We accept the payment methods made available during checkout through Shopify Payments and other authorized payment providers.

Firestop Depot does not store complete payment card information.

All payment transactions are processed using secure third-party payment processors.


7. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order only before the order has been shipped.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, courier, postal service, or freight provider, cancellation is no longer possible.

After shipment, customers must follow our Returns & Refund Policy if the product qualifies for return.


8. Shipping

Shipping times provided on our website are estimates only.

Processing generally requires one to three (1–3) business days.

Estimated delivery times within the United States typically range from three to five (3–5) business days, although deliveries to remote areas or longer-distance destinations may require additional transit time.

International shipments, including shipments to Canada, may be subject to customs inspections or delays outside our control.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed exclusively by our Returns & Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Return requests must be submitted within thirty (30) business days after confirmed delivery.
  • Returned products must remain unopened.
  • Original manufacturer packaging must remain sealed and undamaged.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee may apply.

Products that have been opened, installed, modified, damaged, or used are not eligible for return.


10. Manufacturer Warranties

Firestop Depot does not provide any independent warranties.

Any warranty applicable to a product is offered exclusively by the original manufacturer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Products are sold "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
  • We disclaim all express and implied warranties except those that cannot legally be excluded.

Firestop products are technical construction materials whose performance depends on proper system selection, installation, inspection, maintenance, and compliance with applicable building codes.

Firestop Depot does not provide engineering services, code compliance certification, fire rating certification, or installation supervision.

The purchaser assumes full responsibility for:

  • Product selection;
  • Design compatibility;
  • Installation methods;
  • Compliance with local, state, provincial, and federal building regulations;
  • Compliance with manufacturer instructions;
  • Verification that the installed assembly meets applicable fire-resistance requirements.

Improper installation may significantly reduce or eliminate the intended fire-resistance performance of a product.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Firestop Depot shall not be liable for any:

  • Direct damages;
  • Indirect damages;
  • Incidental damages;
  • Consequential damages;
  • Special damages;
  • Punitive damages;
  • Loss of profits;
  • Loss of revenue;
  • Loss of business opportunities;
  • Construction delays;
  • Property damage;
  • Personal injury;
  • Code violations;
  • Inspection failures;
  • Costs of replacement labor or materials,
  • arising from:
  • Product misuse;
  • Improper installation;
  • Incorrect product selection;
  • Failure to follow manufacturer instructions;
  • Failure to comply with applicable building codes;
  • Delayed deliveries beyond our reasonable control;
  • Any use of products purchased from our website.

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.


13. Force Majeure

Firestop Depot shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters;
  • Hurricanes;
  • Floods;
  • Fires;
  • Labor disputes;
  • Supply chain interruptions;
  • Government actions;
  • Transportation disruptions;
  • Carrier delays;
