1. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within one (1) to three (3) business days after payment has been successfully authorized and verified.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Processing time refers to the preparation of your order before it is transferred to the shipping carrier and does not include shipping or transit time.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipments to remote locations, rural areas, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or destinations located farther from our fulfillment facilities may require additional transit time.
6. International Shipping (Canada)
Firestop Depot currently offers shipping to Canada.
Canadian orders are generally shipped using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service whenever available through our logistics providers.
Under DDP service:
- Applicable import duties may be collected during checkout.
- Applicable customs fees may be collected during checkout.
- Applicable GST, HST, or similar taxes may be collected during checkout.
This helps minimize unexpected charges upon delivery.
Estimated delivery to Canada is typically five (5) to ten (10) business days after shipment.
Delivery estimates do not include delays caused by customs inspections or governmental agencies.
7. Customs Delays
International shipments may be inspected by customs authorities.
Firestop Depot has no control over customs processing times.
We are not responsible for delays resulting from:

Estimated delivery dates provided on our Website or by shipping carriers are estimates only.
Firestop Depot does not guarantee delivery by a specific date.
Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including:

10. Shipping Address Accuracy

If a customer refuses delivery of an order without prior authorization from Firestop Depot, any resulting costs—including return shipping charges, carrier fees, storage fees, or applicable restocking fees—may be deducted from any eligible refund in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
12. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment appears to be lost or arrives visibly damaged, please contact us promptly.
Customers should retain:
- The original packaging
- Damaged products
- Shipping labels
- Photographs of the package and its contents
Firestop Depot will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.
Final resolution may depend upon the carrier's claims process.
13. Risk of Loss
Ownership of products and the risk of loss or damage transfer to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping address indicated in the carrier's delivery confirmation, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
