Seal large firestop openings quickly and efficiently with RectorSeal Metacaulk® Firestop Pillows. Designed for temporary, frequently accessed, or complex penetrations, these reusable intumescent pillows provide a fast and dependable fire barrier for cable trays, conduit, pipes, and multiple penetrations—without the mess or curing time of traditional sealants. They are tested to provide up to 3 hours of fire resistance in approved systems.
Made from highly intumescent material, the pillows expand when exposed to extreme heat, forming a dense insulating char that helps prevent the spread of flames, smoke, and hot gases. Their flexible design allows for quick installation, removal, and reinstallation, making them the ideal solution for data centers, electrical rooms, telecommunications facilities, and commercial buildings where penetrations are frequently modified.
Unlike traditional firestop products, Metacaulk® Firestop Pillows require no mixing, no cure time, and no specialized tools, helping contractors reduce installation time while maintaining code-compliant fire protection.
