Constructed with a durable galvanized steel outer shell lined with highly intumescent material, the sleeve expands rapidly when exposed to extreme heat, helping seal openings created as combustible pipes soften or burn away. Its flexible design requires no steel bolts, anchors, or complicated measurements, making it ideal for both new construction and retrofit projects. Contractors can secure it using fiberglass tape, hose clamps, or pop rivets, significantly reducing labor costs while maintaining code compliance.
